Refund Policy

At Amani Motors Title & Tag, we strive to provide accurate and efficient vehicle registration and title services. Due to the nature of our work and the involvement of third-party agencies, our refund policy is outlined below:
1. Non-Refundable Services
Most of our services involve processing fees paid to government agencies (e.g., DMV), insurance companies, and other third parties. Once these services are initiated or submitted, they are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Title transfers

Tag renewals

Vehicle registration

Document preparation and submission
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments made in error

Services not rendered due to our internal error

Cancellations made before any processing begins
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide proof of payment and a valid reason.
3. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. No Refunds for Third-Party Delays
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party agencies (e.g., DMV, insurance companies). Refunds will not be issued for delays outside our control.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
